"We have a pup out of Marilyn Monroe by Thornton. His name is Sammy Jack and is the best dog we've ever had. He is already about 38 pounds at 5 months old. He is so big and well mannered that we sometimes forget what a pup he still is.Then he'll shred a roll of t.p. that was left too handy and we remember he is just a baby after all. He walks on a lead well, but does equally well off the leash. He sits, down, dead dog, roll over you name it...he is eager to do whatever you show him. He makes every family member think they are his favorite. We are so pleased we are already thinking about getting another one. Thanks for building such a terrific breed."

Robert of Sequim, Washington wrote,

"Yes, I do have a NorthWest Farm Terrier and she is probably the best dog I've ever owned. I have always had terriers and I found this little girl to be a tad smarter than any of my previous pets. [Etc.] The only other question at the moment is where can we see more of the breed, maybe her brothers and sisters?"
